The build up to Thursday’s third and final Test match between England and the West Indies in Grenada, is that it’s like a final. The first two Tests in Antigua and Barbados ended in draws, so indeed, there is everything to play for in the Spice Isle for the Richards Botham trophy. The last time Grenada hosted a Test match between these teams, England came out on top, although current captain Kraigg Brathwaite and former batsman Marlon Samuels scored centuries.
Coming off some credible performances which saw both Test matches lasting five days, the West Indies batsmen will be hoping for a good pitch, while the bowlers will no doubt want one which offers them some assistance.
