It’s coming up to 20 years since I started my life in cricket, specifically, as part of the media fraternity. This picture was taken between 2003 and 2006 at Sabina Park, in front of the Mound. This was pre-2007 World Cup, and at the time this picture was taken, there were no restrictions and I could roam anywhere…..even onto the pitch.
You could tell this picture was taken along ago. Look at the cell phone! If this were NCIS or Law & Order, I could have zoomed into the media pass to see what year this was at Sabina Park.
Anyway, the back story is that as usual, I had my camera taking pictures of the grounds and the crowd when a fella told me to give him the camera, so that he could take one of me. I have very few photos of me at cricket, so thanks, fella.
It has been an interesting part of my life, which one day, I will get around to documenting.
