Windies cricket announced that the T20 players who will not be involved in the Test series against Australia, will be returning to the Caribbean.
It is recommended that Windies cricket make it mandatory for these players to participate. It would give them an opportunity to practise how to bat longer. The team was ousted from the World T20 tournament, with losses against Scotland and Ireland. Surely, the future of the coach and captain must be uncertain. In the corporate world, none would be allowed to continue. Leaders are to create the environment for their team to WANT to excel. Are both out of their depth?
